Job summary

Air Techniques, Inc. in New York is seeking a Sales Support professional to work with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers, handling quotes, dealer communications and installations.

You will assist in dealer meetings and events, develop progress reports for Sales Leadership and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, AT sales team and the Melville team, with a 25% travel requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop a full understanding of all product categories.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers with quotes, dealer communications and installations.
• Assist in preparation for dealer meetings and Sales Service activities.
• Assist in organizing events (trade shows, dealer offices) in his/her area.
• Develop progress reports for Sales Leadership and Board.
• Establish a reliable partnership with dealers, AT sales team and Melville Team.
• Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Travel with and assist members of the AT Sales Team and Dealer Reps.
• Prospect for new business and actively sell or support dealer sales.
• Adhere to company policies and business ethics.
