Job summary

Overview

• The role focuses on IP licensing and other technology transactions, and provides IP support for (including IP and technology due diligence in) M&A, venture financings, and other corporate transactions.
• The associate will gain experience drafting and negotiating various agreements, including technology and IP license agreements, customer agreements (including SaaS), channel partner agreements (including OEM, VAR, and other reseller agreements), and collaboration and other strategic alliance agreements.
• Candidates should have some experience with, or a demonstrated interest in, technology transactions, IP, or related commercial work.
• Genuine curiosity about technology, including issues presented by AI and open source software, is strongly preferred.
