Overview

• The associate will work on IP licensing and other technology transactions, along with IP support for M&A, venture financings, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence.
• Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating technology and IP license agreements, customer agreements (SaaS), channel partner agreements (OEM, VAR, reseller), and collaboration and strategic alliance agreements.
• Candidates should have some experience or a demonstrated interest in technology transactions, IP, or related commercial work.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment are required.
• A genuine curiosity about technology, particularly issues related to AI and open source software, is strongly preferred.
