The candidate drafts and negotiates joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology and IP licenses, services (including SaaS), and distribution (OEM/VAR) agreements, with strong knowledge of open‑source terms and AI IP issues.

Overview

• The role requires solid experience in technology and intellectual property licensing and other technology transactions, alongside providing IP support (including due diligence) for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology and intellectual property licenses, services (including software as a service), and distribution (including OEM, VAR, and other reseller) agreements.
• Demonstrated experience with open-source software license terms and intellectual property issues presented by artificial intelligence technology and tools is strongly preferred.
