• The role primarily involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial, technology, and intellectual property agreements, including licensing, development, distributor, reseller, customer, supplier, OEM, and manufacturing agreements.
• Responsibilities include serving as the IP/Technology Transactions specialist for M&A, venture capital, financing, and private equity deals, as well as advising on intellectual property and privacy issues.
• Candidates are expected to be comfortable working with colleagues and teams across multiple offices.
• A background or interest in technology, working with emerging companies, and software and open source software issues is preferred, along with large law firm experience.
