Qualifications

• Required experience in technology and intellectual property licensing and other technology transactions, along with IP support and due diligence for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology and intellectual property licenses (including software as a service), and distribution agreements (including OEM, VAR, and other reseller agreements).
• Strong preference for demonstrated experience with open-source software license terms and intellectual property issues presented by artificial intelligence technology and tools.
