You will build foundational knowledge of Red Hat products and support processes, resolving basic technical challenges under close supervision. The 10-month FASTER onboarding program provides hands-on exposure to the portfolio, mentorship, and real-world customer solutions across Cloud, Automation, and AI.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and document steps taken.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on satisfaction and value delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through structured programs and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and training programs to gain product and process knowledge.
• Respond to customer inquiries and track resolution progress following established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed; document solutions for knowledge base.
• Support account maintenance tasks and contribute to knowledge base articles and artifacts.
