RedHat is seeking a Junior Consultant to join its customer delivery team in Raleigh, NC. The role supports on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of RedHat technology across industries.

You will participate in the 10‑month FASTER onboarding program and gain hands-on experience with RedHat’s portfolio. You will shadow senior team members, engage in customer projects, and develop skills in Cloud, Automation, and AI while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for open source technology and a desire to build a career in tech.
• Experience with or willingness to learn RedHat platform technologies like OpenShift and Ansible.
• Ability to apply technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to Enterprise IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the FASTER onboarding program to gain deep technical knowledge.
• Engage in real customer projects and shadow more experienced team members.
• Develop skills across Cloud, Automation, and AI within the RedHat portfolio.
