Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting for a 10-month FASTER onboarding program focused on Red Hat platforms, Cloud, Automation and AI solutions. You will learn, shadow senior engineers, and deliver enterprise IT guidance to customers.

You will complete training, attain industry certifications, document interactions, and contribute to knowledge base articles while collaborating with sales and technical teams.

Qualifications

Strong technical skills in CS/IT/AI from education or bootcamps.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Willingness to learn and work without visa sponsorship.
Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Bash is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in onboarding and deliver technical guidance to customers.
Document customer interactions and track issue resolution progress.
Shadow and assist experienced team members on architecture tasks.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Work with Sales to build enterprise IT solutions on Red Hat platforms.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.

Job description

Participate in the 10-month FASTER onboarding and development program
Learn Red Hat’s portfolio and support customers’ technical, developmental, and strategic business challenges
Complete training programs and attain industry-recognized certifications in Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions
Shadow and assist experienced team members delivering strategic technical and architectural guidance to customers
Work directly with customers and participate in skill development opportunities
Support Sales organizations’ goals by building enterprise IT solutions based on Red Hat platforms
Respond to customer inquiries and requests following established procedures
Document customer interactions and track issue resolution progress
Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members
Participate in internal training programs
Perform customer onboarding and account maintenance tasks with senior team members
Identify and document known solutions for common technical challenges
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation

Requirements

Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields, gained through university programs, upskilling boot camps, certificate programs, or military experience
Demonstrated experience applying technical troubleshooting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an enterprise IT-related project
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Understanding of fundamental concepts of network communication and configuration
Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies
Demonstrated customer service skills and customer-focused approach
Effective written and verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external customers
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Bash, or programming languages such as Java or Go, is a plus
