Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Red Hat Learning Subscription programs in Raleigh, NC. The role includes consumption reporting, assignments, demonstrations, and user support for training subscriptions.

You will coordinate training delivery, help with course enrollments, and serve as a liaison between customers and the services organization, ensuring accurate specifications and timely communication of updates.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills with knowledge of virtual delivery platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• High standard of organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Hat Learning Subscription consumption and reporting.
• Manage Red Hat Learning Subscription assignments and demonstrations.
• Create skills paths and provide user support for Red Hat Learning Subscription.
• Provide support for Red Hat public training and exams to customers.
• Support trouble tickets associated with training services.
• Coordinate training delivery oversight, course enrollments, and consumption reporting.
• Interface between customer needs, requirements, and requests and the broader services organization.
• Document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to customers.
• Collaborate with partners to disseminate Learning Subscription updates and increase awareness of training availability and functionality.
• Support Training Specialists and Territory Services Managers on high-complexity projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Operations, Curriculum, and Certification teams.
