Job summary

IMPEX Technologies in Greater Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Account Manager to generate pipeline and support growth across new and existing client accounts. You will prospect into target accounts, book qualified meetings, understand customer needs, nurture relationships, and connect clients with the right technology solutions.

You will work closely with Account Executives and technical teams while developing the skills to grow within our sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in prospecting, inside sales, or account management.
• Strong outbound communication by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person.
• Ability to build relationships and ask thoughtful questions.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM is preferred.
• Interest in modern enterprise IT topics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into target accounts and identify opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and engineers.
• Qualify prospects and identify next steps.
• Build and manage pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Maintain Salesforce records and update pipeline status.
• Support account growth with proposals, renewals, and campaigns.
• Collaborate across presales, systems, PMs, and OEM partners.
• Track results and report metrics weekly and monthly.
