Job summary

Centennial Technologies Inc. is seeking a junior level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across government programs, focusing on technical, financial, and program support roles in the federal marketplace.

The role emphasizes compliance, collaboration, and agile execution in a small-business environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting tasks, post requisitions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive approach with willingness to reach out, follow up, and engage with candidates and internal teams.
Strong interest in learning federal recruiting and government contracting environments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

Support full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate communication, and offer support.
Coordinate with program managers and technical leads to understand staffing requirements.
Post job requisitions, review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview feedback with hiring teams.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking platforms to attract qualified talent.
Maintain recruiting metrics such as pipeline status, time-to-fill, and candidate engagement reporting.
Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners on shared staffing and workforce alignment.
Support bid & proposal recruiting efforts, including contingent staffing, resume alignment, and recruiting for key personnel positions.
Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and company hiring policies throughout the recruiting process.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support candidate handoff and start-date coordination.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, templates, and sourcing processes.
