Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video).
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Promote VIVA Railings at job fairs and events.
• Maintain ATS records and improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance candidate experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends in recruitment and employer branding.
