Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work in our NYC office 28 hours per week, June 7–August 12, 2027.
• Compensation for this internship is $18 per hour.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to gather and document business requirements and user needs.
• Create and maintain business artifacts such as requirements documents and process maps.
• Assist with data analysis and prepare recommendations for process improvements.
• Capture notes in project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
• Gain proficiency in tools (JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands-on experience.
