Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work in our NYC office from Monday - Thursday for a total of 28 hours per week, from June 7 - August 12, 2027.
• Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry‑level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program.
• A passion for books is highly valued!
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity about how processes work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to JIRA or Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories.
• Assist with analyzing data and preparing recommendations highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in project meetings, capture notes, follow up on action items, and ensure progress is communicated clearly.
• Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs.
• Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates to share insights and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands‑on experience.
