Job summary

HarperCollins Publishers is seeking an International Sales intern for the summer in our NYC office, supporting the team with account pitches, title curation, and sales reporting.

The internship runs June 7–August 12, 2027, 28 hours per week, at $18 per hour; eligible for rising seniors, recent grads, master's students, or early-career candidates with up to 1 year of experience, and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Available to work in NYC office 28 hours/week June 7–August 12, 2027.
• Compensation is $18 per hour.
• Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry-level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Resume and cover letter required; applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
• Ideal candidates are enrolled in or recently graduated from undergraduate or master’s programs.
• A passion for books is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized pitches for accounts
• Curate title lists for seasonal presentations
• Reviews sales data and creates title/category/customer/channel performance reports.
• Performs ad hoc sales tasks within Microsoft Office programs as needed.
• Attends various internal/external meetings and circulate notes
