HarperCollins Publishers seeks an internship within the Strategy, Innovation, Business Process Reengineering and Business Development teams. The role offers exposure to real-world projects, including AI-driven process questions and distribution opportunities across retailers and libraries.

You will collaborate on ad-hoc strategy work and perform analysis for book industry insights, with a focus on excecutive-ready communication and data interpretation.

Qualifications

Full-time availability in 2027 or 2028; open to rising seniors or recent grads.
21 hours per week over 3-4 days; Feb 8–Apr 16, 2027; $18/hr.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Resume and cover letter required; address cover letter to Hiring Team.
Passion for books and AI experience.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

Identify technology and consumer trends impacting publishing.
Support strategy and innovation projects; process analysis for improvements.
Assist teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
