Access TCA, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator in Massachusetts to join the IT team. You will handle Level I/II helpdesk duties, deploy and support company hardware (Windows and macOS), and assist with software like Office, SharePoint, Adobe, and Autodesk.

You’ll set up new users and devices via Active Directory and ensure proper file share access while supporting mobile devices and enforcing security policies. This role offers growth alongside the Systems Administrator.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years’ experience preferred.
• Entry-level certifications (A+, Security+, Network+) advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong documentation and ability to update the IT knowledge base.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to helpdesk requests (level I and II).
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, and Autodesk products.
• Set up new users (Active Directory), laptops, and phones with proper file share access.
• Support mobile devices, enforce policy, and manage security.
• Escalate advanced issues to Systems Administrator/IT Manager or outsourced resources.
• Assist with IT projects and maintain inventory and documentation.
