Job summary

Actabl in Denver is seeking a Software Support Engineer I to provide foundational technical support to customers, troubleshoot basic issues, and learn our software solutions. You will work with senior engineers to build your technical and customer service skills.

You will handle basic SQL data checks, review simple C# snippets, and participate in client calls to gather information and assist in setup. A cooperative, proactive team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in technical support or similar customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding of C# and SQL concepts; APIs a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, cooperative, and positive attitude.
• Ability to learn, prioritize tasks, and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve basic client support tickets promptly.
• Assist with basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and data checks.
• Review simple C# code snippets and document issues clearly.
• Attend client calls to collect data and assist setup as needed.
• Document user issues and help shape development-ready user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Development on simple issues.
• Grow foundational product knowledge and technical skills.
