Job summary

ModivCare Solutions, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Software Engineer III to develop and maintain enterprise software, lead design discussions, and coordinate release management while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with relational databases, SOA, and modern source control. Hybrid work is offered with a 40-hour workweek and an MSA-based onsite requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field and 5 years of experience.
• Experience with enterprise relational databases and data modeling is required.
• Experience implementing SOA with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with modern source control systems and release management.
• Strong test-driven development experience and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications to support enterprise needs.
• Lead design discussions and document functional/technical specs.
• Execute full SDLC including testing and debugging with QA.
• Manage release processes, CI/CD, and coordination with IT teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and present demos to stakeholders.
