How You Will Contribute

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and refine your sales skills while supporting the HVAC Service team in growing preventative maintenance accounts and identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will help expand our customer base through service agreements, repair opportunities, and relationship development. In this role y ou will assist in developing sales plans and overcoming objectives related to new business acquisition, contract negotiations, and future growth opportunities. This position plays an important role in both work acquisition and project execution by utilizing sales tools to plan, track, and document progress while identifying opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective accounts. The Junior Service Sales Representative will support the current sales team with site surveys, estimating, quoting, and preparing proposals for HVAC service work. Additional responsibilities include project tracking, maintaining documentation, coordinating customer follow-up activities, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
