Ahern in Madison, WI is seeking a Mechanical Construction Sales PM to lead client relationships and drive profitable HVAC and Plumbing construction projects.

You will meet with customers, develop estimates, and collaborate with design/estimating experts to pursue new work and grow the customer base across southeastern Wisconsin.

How you will contribute:

Leverage your persuasion and relationship management skills by managing and growing a customer base focused on HVAC and Plumbing construction projects. You will spend your time meeting with customers establishing/maintaining relationships, generating sales and estimating/budgeting projects. Ahern offers the support of subject matter experts in the area of design and estimating for more challenging projects as needed. You will have the ability to influence the financial performance of southeastern Wisconsin HVAC and Plumbing work while assuming an active role to generate work in conjunction with Ahern's field talent.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most out of your years of experience with HVAC and Plumbing-related projects. More experience will be fully utilized. A post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent field experience is preferred. You will need knowledge of codes, a basic understanding of design and a strong understanding of how to put together a disciplined estimate. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
