Job summary

Haskell Company seeks an entry-level Scheduler to develop foundational skills in scheduling fundamentals, tools and processes. You will assist the Lead/Senior Scheduler with development, preparation, and maintenance of project schedules to support timely project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred) or 0–2 years of experience. You will learn CPM concepts, Primavera P6 and MS Project, and support scheduling across multiple projects

Qualifications

• CPM principles applied to project schedules.
• Basic blueprint reading.
• Understanding contract specifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage complex tasks and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry planning and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Senior Scheduler with actual start/finish status for milestones.
• Learn to compare actual progress with planned activities.
• Facilitate schedule update meetings with guidance from leads.
• Help generate and distribute look-ahead schedules.
• Assist in writing monthly reporting requirements.
• Support schedule training and communication with teams.
