Job summary

Haskell is hiring an entry-level scheduler to develop foundational scheduling skills and support project timelines. You will assist the Lead/Senior Scheduler with procurement and construction activities, tracking status, submittals, RFIs, and milestones.

You will learn CPM, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project, and help generate look-ahead schedules, monthly reports, and narrative updates. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is preferred, or 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred or 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Basic CPM principles and scheduling tools understanding required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Senior Scheduler with applying and tracking start/finish status for procurement and construction activities.
• Learn to compare actual progress against planned work activities.
• Facilitate schedule update meetings under supervision.
• Assist in generating look-ahead schedules for project teams.
• Learn to write monthly reporting, including narratives.
• Analyze schedules and describe float paths to achieve completion.
• Support multiple projects and teams under the Scheduler lead.
