This is a remote opportunity available in the following US states: FL, GA, AR, NC, DC, MA, RI, OH, IL, WI, TX, NM, CO, CA, OR.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities for ink sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and retention.
  • Educate customers on Digiprint’s ink solutions, ensuring they select the right products for their printing needs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our product portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to resolve inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new ink technologies.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or the printing industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in ink sales or the printing industry is a plus but not required.
  • Native English speaker.
