Our client is a leader in the digital imaging industry and leading e-commerce supplier of parts and consumables within the printing space. They are currently seeking a full-time Junior sales representative, reporting into the Sales Manager, to join their expanding team. This position is remote whereas candidates can be in select states nationwide where existing team members reside.

Job Description

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client is a leader in the digital imaging industry and leading e-commerce supplier of parts and consumables within the printing space. They are currently seeking a full-time Junior sales representative, reporting into the Sales Manager, to join their expanding team. This position is remote whereas candidates can be in select states nationwide where existing team members reside.

The sales representative will play a pivotal role in growing their business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales to specific channel markets across the U.S.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities for ink sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and retention.
  • Educate customers on clients portfolio of solutions, ensuring they select the right products for their printing needs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our product portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Proven excellent pre- and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new ink technologies.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B or printing industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in ink sales or printing industry is a plus but not required.
  • English native.
