Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative for our Kearny, NJ office. You will quote jobs for General Contractors by reviewing architectural documents and generating takeoffs, and you will source products from suppliers to ensure competitive material costs.

You will also engage with customers by phone to follow up on quotes, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships. This role requires an eagerness to learn, strong organization, and a proactive outreach mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn about the construction industry and grow with the role.

We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative for our office in Kearny, New Jersey.

This position will be responsible for:

• Quoting jobs for General Contractors by reading architectural documents and generating accurate takeoffs
• Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material cost
• Phone customers to follow up on quotes & negotiate contracts
• Spend your time calling customers to be added to bidder lists, conducting pre-bid calls, and following up to secure contracts.
