Elevate OC is looking for a Junior Sales Representative in California to join our growing team and drive client growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and help our clients succeed through proactive outreach and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through business-to-business sales.
• Identify and secure new business accounts, helping our clients grow.
• Retain and grow acquired accounts.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Manage the reporting of accounts to identify opportunities for growth.
