Job summary

Nonius, a hospitality tech leader, is seeking a Junior Sales Support & Operations professional to act as the central hub supporting Key Account Managers and sales teams. You will drive commercial strategy, coordinate with HQ, and oversee day-to-day office operations from Maia, Portugal.

The role requires strong organization, English fluency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with opportunities to influence customer onboarding and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of combined experience in office administration and commercial prospecting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and practical AI tools to optimize daily admin tasks.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Availability to travel and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Provide office and operational support, manage travel, meetings, and local logistics.
• Handle client invoicing and expense documentation to support finance admin.
• Update Pipedrive CRM, manage sales calendars, and prepare weekly/monthly HQ reports.
• Conduct prospecting and sales outreach via phone and re-engage stalled leads.
• Assist with client onboarding, post-sales follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys.
