Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) - FinTech & Mortgage Sales

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and contact mortgage lenders, banks, financial institutions; use Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold email campaigns to build pipelines; qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Cold Outreach & Client Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls); personalize communication; follow up persistently; leverage AI tools like Saaf's AI Agent
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Track efforts in HubSpot; provide weekly performance reports
Requirements
  • 2-4 years in B2B sales/SDR within Fintech or mortgage/finance sectors
  • Motivated, persistent, eager to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with AI tools and sales platforms like HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage tech or selling to banks and lenders
  • Background in financial services, lending, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience with high-volume outreach including cold calling and emailing
