Job summary

Piada Italian Street Food in Avon, Indiana, is seeking a Supervisor to join its fast casual leadership team. You will oversee Team Members and ensure every Guest receives an authentic experience, while shaping the food and feel of the restaurant and learning kitchen responsibilities.

Responsibilities include writing daily prep lists, managing labor, restocking stations, following recipes, maintaining safety and sanitation, and developing Team Members into future Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team.
• Cook and prepare ingredients to deliver an authentic guest experience.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklist to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed.
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors.
• Assist with additional duties assigned.
