Piada Italian Street Food in South Euclid, OH is hiring a Supervisor to join our junior leadership team. You will oversee Team Members, ensure every Guest enjoys an authentic experience, and help maintain the food and feel of the restaurant while learning kitchen duties.

You'll write daily prep lists, manage labor across shifts, train teammates, and step in to support operations during busy periods. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and benefits as part of Piada's care for its people.

Formación

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Ability to manage labor scheduling.
• Strong food safety knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team.
• Provide guests an authentic experience through thoughtful cooking and preparation.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed.
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned.
