Job summary

Piada Group is seeking a Supervisor to join its fast casual Italian concept. You will act as a junior leader on the restaurant leadership team, overseeing Team Members and ensuring guests receive an authentic, high-quality experience.

You’ll learn to manage kitchen tasks, daily prep, and labor across shifts. Responsibilities include leading operations, maintaining food quality, safety, and sanitation, and developing team members into future Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
