Piada Italian Street Food is seeking a Supervisor to join our fast casual team in Texas. This junior leadership role oversees Team Members and helps ensure guests enjoy an authentic Piada experience with consistent food quality.

You will participate in daily kitchen tasks, write prep lists, and help manage labor while developing tomorrow’s Supervisors. A hospitality mindset and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to maintain quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and managing labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the leadership team.
• Cook and prepare ingredients with care and consistency.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning and maintenance protocols.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed.
• Develop team members into future Supervisors.
• Assist with any additional duties as assigned.
