Piada Italian Street Food is seeking a Supervisor to join our restaurant leadership team. You’ll oversee Team Members and ensure guests receive an authentic experience from the heart, while learning kitchen duties and managing daily prep and labor.

You’ll lead by example, follow recipes, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and help develop future supervisors. The role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
