Job summary

3D PLUS is seeking a Junior Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role targets space and aerospace customers, driving sales of advanced semiconductors, memory, power/protection solutions, and camera heads for space applications.

You will build and maintain relationships with NASA, Lockheed Martin, and other key players while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical sales within semiconductor, aerospace, or defense markets.
• Familiarity with space-grade components and high-reliability electronics.
• Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on space and aerospace customers.
• Drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
