Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead a team of account managers, focusing on funnel growth, order attainment, and customer satisfaction across Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, and Commercial accounts.

You will coach and develop your team, execute strategic account plans, and maintain accurate forecast discipline to ensure predictable results.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or technical field required.
• Demonstrated track record in managing sales teams in test and measurement.
• Proven ability to grow funnel and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across Mid-Atlantic Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, and Commercial accounts.
• Deliver order and revenue growth by increasing funnel intake and velocity.
• Build and execute structured account and territory growth plans aligned with Keysight’s priorities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting discipline through Salesforce and monitor funnel health.
• Develop and deploy strategies to increase account penetration and accelerate growth.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers to drive loyalty.
