Survival Systems Staffing is seeking Business Development Managers specializing in RF & Microwave applications for Space, Air, Land, and Sea. The position is open across all three regions: Western, Central, and East Coasts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, understanding RF fundamentals, and several years of experience in RF or defense electronics. An engineering degree is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, including frequency, gain, linearity, and power.
• 5–15 years RF or defense electronics experience.
• Engineering degree (EE preferred) or equivalent experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Engage in design-win selling.
• Understand RF testing/qualification.
