Job summary

BioWave Corporation seeks a Junior Recruiter/Recruiting Coordinator to support growth by partnering with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers. You’ll handle sourcing, scheduling, communications, and onboarding coordination while growing into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.

You’ll work in a dynamic Medtech company on the East Coast with a hybrid schedule (1 day remote) and a focus on candidate experience and recruiting analytics.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain timely and professional candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, hiring-team meetings, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate background checks, references, and pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with preparation and administration of offer documentation.
• Identify potential candidates and develop candidate pipelines.
