Job summary

Circadia Health, a growth-stage healthcare AI company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own scheduling, onboarding logistics, and systems maintenance. You’ll partner with recruiters, IT, and People leadership to keep hiring moving across clinical, technical, and corporate roles.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination, strong organization, and a proactive mindset. You’ll support a fast-paced team and help ensure every candidate experiences a smooth, respectful journey

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or admin/ops role.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple calendars and moving parts.
• Experience with an ATS (Lever preferred) or ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
• Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who takes ownership with minimal oversight.
• Experience with or enthusiasm for responsibly leveraging AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Interview Scheduling & Coordination across time zones, interviewers, and candidate types.
• Support onboarding logistics from offer to day one, including systems setup and IT coordination.
• Maintain Recruiting Systems & Data Integrity in the ATS and CRM, ensuring clean candidate stages and feedback.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People leadership to anticipate scheduling needs and bottlenecks.
• Drive process improvement to streamline interview logistics and onboarding workflows.
• Be a steward of candidate experience, communicating clearly and warmly to every candidate.
