Job summary

B Capital is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to scale our hiring engine in a fast-paced startup setting. You will own the candidate experience from first touch to final decision and keep interview workflows moving across calendars and time zones.

In this hybrid role, you will work in-office in Palo Alto M/W/F, 40 hours per week, at an hourly rate of $40–$43. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to bring clarity to ambiguity and improve processes as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touch to final decision.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across calendars and time zones.
• Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to streamline processes.
• Operate independently in ambiguity and create structure where needed.
• Drive projects to improve recruiting processes as the team grows.
• Manage logistics and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency.
• Elevate both candidate and stakeholder experiences.
