Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates/bachelor’s preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• MVR with zero points and no moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to engage with community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze donor group history to support Account Consultants in growing donor bases.
• Identify opportunities from lapsed donor reports for future drives.
• Recommend feeder groups to route to local drives.
• Coordinate drives with leadership to meet milestones and monthly goals.
• Solve problems with ACs when sign-ups are low to ensure drive success.
• Maintain accurate CRM/HemaSphere contact data.
• Serve as liaison with scheduling team and blood drive supervisors for changes.
• Attend conferences and community events; assist with on-site recruitment.
