Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a Donor Recruitment Supervisor to oversee blood drive accounts in a defined area and drive scheduling to maintain a steady blood supply. The role includes developing donor recruitment programs and ensuring staff adherence to recruitment policies.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with related experience and a valid driver’s license, plus strong English communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Hemasphere software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience and/or training.
• Clear driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software and Hemasphere.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, develops, organizes and manages blood drive accounts in assigned area.
• Oversees daily scheduling of blood drives to ensure adequate blood supply.
• Develops and maintains donor recruitment programs and expansions.
• Ensures staff compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
• Represents the blood center in community settings as needed.
