Applied Research Solutions (ARS) seeks a full-time Junior Recruiter in Ohio to support military and government programs. The role offers growth within HR/Recruiting, working alongside seasoned professionals to hire highly qualified, technically talented candidates.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, draft targeted recruiting strategies, and guide candidates through the full hiring process while ensuring compliance with OFCCP/EEOC guidelines.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs.
• Draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies.
• Assist hiring managers and candidates through full hiring process from recruiting to on-boarding.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable laws (OFCCP/EEOC).
• Track opportunities and candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assess applicant qualifications by interviewing and comparing to job requirements.
• Proactively build relationships to develop candidate pools for future opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
