You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, draft targeted recruiting strategies, and guide candidates through the full hiring process while ensuring compliance with OFCCP/EEOC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs.
• Draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies.
• Assist hiring managers and candidates through full hiring process from recruiting to on-boarding.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable laws (OFCCP/EEOC).
• Track opportunities and candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assess applicant qualifications by interviewing and comparing to job requirements.
• Proactively build relationships to develop candidate pools for future opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs.
• Work with the recruiting team to draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies.
• Assist the hiring managers and candidates through the full hiring process from recruiting to on-boarding.
• Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines.
• Track and maintain opportunities and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Proactively build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities within the company.
• Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suites
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to details is a must
• Must be self-motivated and proactive
