Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Must be self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs and priorities.
• Assist the recruiting team in drafting, improving, and launching tailored recruiting strategies.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the full interview-to-onboarding process.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws (OFCCP/EEOC).
• Track and manage opportunities and candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
