Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs.
• Draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies with the team.
• Assist hiring managers and candidates through the full hiring process.
• Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
• Track opportunities and candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Interview applicants to assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
