Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to source, screen, and engage candidates.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections confidently, and keep conversations moving toward next steps.
• Screen candidates for skills, availability, interest, and fit before submitting them to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-up with candidates and clients.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and communication in the applicant tracking system.
• Work toward daily and weekly goals for calls, submittals, interviews, and placements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
• Location: On-site in downtown Jacksonville, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Meet daily and weekly recruiting activity goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Resilient, confident, and able to handle rejection, objections, and pushback professionally.
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and willing to work hard to achieve goals.
• Able to manage multiple candidates, priorities, and follow-up tasks at the same time.
• Professional experience in recruiting, sales, call center, customer service, or another phone-heavy role is helpful.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience is preferred based on role level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, sourcing, staffing, sales, call center, or customer service experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system or CRM.
• Familiarity with candidate screening, interview scheduling, or outbound prospecting.
• Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting or talent acquisition.
