Job Title: Private Duty Home Health Recruiter

Location: 2706 US-19 ALT, Palm Harbor, FL 34683 (In-person)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $19–$20 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Private Duty Home Health Recruiter to help grow our exceptional team. This role requires someone who is professional, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and professional social networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and manage a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors and escalate issues when needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employees and act as a point of contact.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare related experience.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
