We're seeking a passionate professional with at least 4 years of experience in targeted and deep sourcing, relationship building, hiring top technical talent who has a desire for upward career growth as we continue to scale our team. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and involves providing dedicated recruitment support across our portfolio of firms.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and hiring managers to understand their needs, analyze the local competitive landscape, and contribute creative recruitment ideas to attract the best candidates. You'll employ advanced sourcing techniques to connect with passive candidates, conduct engaging screenings, and oversee a smooth hiring process that delights both candidates and stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Understand hiring needs by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and niche job boards.
  • Utilize multiple channels to source qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Enhance employer brand through communication and engagement strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Maintain professional communication with all parties involved.
  • Create clear and compelling job descriptions.
  • Assist with hiring and training team members as needed.
  • Track activity in Greenhouse, LinkedIn tools, and billable hours.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of proven recruiting experience in architecture, engineering, or similar professional services roles.
  • 1+ year supporting hiring and training team members.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Deep sourcing expertise and creative recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to work remotely in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multi-state and remote teams.
  • Understanding of architecture and engineering industry principles.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and key players.
